Hike samples

Yesterday I took a beach walk. I parked in downtown Pismo, walked down Main to the beach, crossed over to Pomeroy, went up the steps and trekked down the boardwalk to Addie Street, where Mary Herrington Park is, then walked back along the sidewalk to my car. It took a bit over 30 minutes for the loop and was harder on my body, I felt, than the longer hike the day before. Mainly because a fair amount of the trek was on concrete. It was a beautiful day and I loved walking and looking out over the ocean.
