Tracie Long, Max body sculpting, on DVD. I did it using the ball for the weight-lifting exercises where you sit down, and also for the leg work where you usually lie on top of the bench. Using the ball used different muscles, so added to the workout, helping to counteract the times I did almost nothing. Like the tall step exercises,where one steps up and down again, lifting the body with the upper leg. (Not like step aerobics; I refuse to do those, hopeless for the knees). I did those in place on the floor. I modified others as well, mainly didn't lunge as much or step back as much as called for. Even with all the modifications I feel I had a nice workout that was good for me.
