I did the Prime Power workout again today. Can't remember the chick's name...she's tall and thin, dark hair, has a nice way. I can't get near doing those hover squats yet. That makes that a good goal. I used the five pounders on the upper body set near the end and that was a bit too much. Maybe I'll alternate with the threes until I feel more ready. That set is a doozy. Nothing, of course, compared to the "serious" FIRM workouts. But more than plenty for me.

Start with the 3-pounds, because you should work toward the goal, but at least you've established a level at which you can begin, which is more important than lots of people realize.
I write these little notes about workouts so I can go back later and realize how far I've come! It makes such a big difference to me to record things. That's why I love Dietpower software, too, which I was missing for several months (computer crashes).
I've been here before, of course. It's all familiar. Too damned familiar. But that's okay.
Eventually I, too, shall go back to my gym-rat ways!
