Tricep dips again

Kathy Smith's 20-minute upper bod workout again today. I think I may be able to go up to eight pounds from five for some of the exercises soon. Still did not complete the tricep dips and my pushups, as always, abysmal. It's surprising how this small workout still made me feel worked out. Again, part of the growth - that is, when it becomes easy I'll know I've gone somewhere.
