I went to another concert last night, unexpectedly. My friend Dorothy called after six and said she had scored two free tickets, so we went to the PAC and saw "From Brahms to Bebop". I don't know if that characterizes it quite right, because to me that sounds like it will offer a range of musical styles, when in fact it was two: classical and jazz. The first half was a Brahms trio - horn, violin, piano - and the second was jazz, with various combinations of instruments. All good.

Afterwards we went for coffee at the cybercafe on Foothill. Very busy place! I wondered if it would succeed and succeed it has. Lots of people using computers, lots of others drinking coffee and talking. A university thing. We talked for a while and I suddenly started getting a very achey feeling behind my eyes. When I drove home later it was difficult because I felt so bad. That was the start of the headache. I took excedrin migraine this morning and it helped. But I still feel exhausted.
