Woman doesn't live to defrag alone, although to judge by the last several entries here, it looks like I do.

I went on a hike, up Islay hill. It has been a few months since I last did this climb and it seemed harder. I weigh more and it was hotter. I was glad nobody else was on the trail the whole time, who might see me struggling up or slipping on the way down. I feel more tired than such a hike really should make me, but still I feel good for having done it, and for having been there, sitting on top, letting the breeze sift through my hair, touch my face, and smelling the wild sage and rosemary. I'm sweaty now. While I was gone, the cable program interrupted the defragging so I had to turn that off and start over, so now it has only made it to 55%.
