Yesterday we packed up,then took my car into Palm Springs and went to the PS Desert Museum. It's a real museum, very cool I thought. A combination of art and science, rather unusual. There were paintings, sculptures, and nature exhibits, many of them with buttons to push. A wind exhibit that allows you to blow sand and see how dunes are formed.
The art is in many different styles, mostly modern, many media. Includes a piece by Calder - I don't know the name - very well-known.
We all enjoyed it. Then found a Thai restaurant for lunch, went back to the motel for Elaine's car, took off. On our trip back, Mary and I saw several accidents just clearing. It seemed like every traffic jam was because of an accident. Two looked really bad.
Simba showed at the door when we arrived, but I haven't seen Bullet yet. I always worry about that guy. Stretch is fine, pushy as usual.
