I found my toaster on my doorstep this afternoon. It has been weeks since I sent it down south for repair and I had heard nothing until today. The toaster was packed in the soft peanuts, and many of them made their way inside the toaster itself. The only way I can get them out is carefully, with a pair of tweezers. I have been working them out one at a time. I guess this is the first time these folks have had to mail a toaster and they didn't think about this. When I sent it to them I used plastic bags filled with air, left over from Amazon shipments. Too bad they didn't reuse those.
