I did Kathy Smith's upper body workout last night. I am thinking I'll try a full course today. Maybe Tracy's full workout or Kathy's efficient interval one. I want to get back to it gradually, so probably an easier one, just to see how the legs handle it.
I need to get back to doing fifteen minutes a day on certain parts of my house, too. Start making more progress. On the fun side, payday is tomorrow and the money is already in my bank account. I want to new coffee maker. I may spend a little time looking today.
