I did Kathy Smith's upper bod workout, timesaver. It's efficient and it always makes me feel like I've done something, even in that short time. I am watching the lower bod workout right now to see if it might be possible to do this one with my leg in its present condition. It doesn't look good that way but maybe I'll try it tomorrow. Maybe.
