I told the weightlifting guy that I had done bodypump and really liked it but my chiropractor said she'd treated a lot of people for injuries because of it. I said she thought the moves are too fast. He said he thought so too. He tried it and he thought, "wait a minute. I do this stuff for a living and this is too fast for *me*". It was nice that he saw it that way too, didn't try to convince me it was okay for me.
I sure wish I could get that damned weedeater apart. I've changed these spools before but it has been a while and it has been sitting outside. I don't know what to do to loosen it up.
