The meeting tonight was funny. There was a lot of joking around ahead of the meeting and some of that continued into the meeting. The agenda only had consent items on it and the commission was up for approving them all without pulling any, so the main part of the meeting was over in less than ten minutes. The chatter, questions, follow-up stuff, went on for another twenty. So it was a half-hour meeting. Some applicants arrived a little late and discovered that their projects had already been approved.

It would be nice if they all were this way. But in general, these meetings do move rather quickly. And commissioners are almost always up for streamlining even more. So am I.
