It looks like I will have a housecleaner here this afternoon, cleaning my house. At last.
I found someone I liked and we made arrangements for her to come and do the house and she did not show. Nor did she call or send an email. She vanished. Then I found this new person and we set a date for last Wednesday. But her baby sitter failed to show so we rescheduled. I think we're really on for today.
Well, she's on the floor cleaning now. And she's getting everything - light switches, outlet covers, doors...things I simply don't notice, even with my hypersensitive vision. I wasn't off when I figured I'd leave to her the stuff I didn't even know to do. It's a little disconcerting. But this isn't the first time I've confessed to being a lousy housekeeper.
