One of my mailboxes is being flooded with junk mail. I looked up the subject lines at Symantec and found that it is caused by a worm. Last night I downloaded the latest virus definitions and ran a scan and Norton did not find the worm, but I only ran it on one drive, the one that receives the email. It may well be hiding on the other drive.
So I found the worm remover tool at Symantec and downloaded it and am about to run it.
The worm was not found on my computer. Odd. I wonder why that mailbox keeps flooding, what makes that happen. It is related to the worm but where is the worm? On some other computer? On the mail server? If it were on the server, my other mail, from the same server, would also be infected.
I just read that my former love, Dwain, is "starring" in a "reading" of The Glass Menagerie, along with his present love, Dawn, Sept. 3. I'll be sure to miss it.
It brought back such memories, unfortunately, such pain. Such anger.
The traffic school thing is no longer a problem. The court allows several days to receive the certificate. In my case, until August 27. So if it is in my mailbox today, which it should be, and I send it out to the court today, which I should, there should be no problem with the court receiving it on time. Huge sigh of relief.
