I developed some fine leg cramps last night, in my foot, then my thigh, right leg. I painfully worked my way to my bathroom and turned on the shower. The hell with the fact that that shower leaks outside like a drainpipe. The hot water helped soothe it and I was back in bed with the interrupted Stretch.

I wonder if these cramps get into my right leg because I somewhat favor my left on walks. I had neglected to stretch after walking yesterday, which usually takes care of it.

There are times I simply spend the weekend working. There are other times when I really should spend the weekend working but can't get the energy to do so. Today I feel worn out, tired, like I could sleep all day. I took a shower, dressed, but I still feel tired. And my stomach hurts. Too much coffee? Maybe, I don't know.

I want to go to a ballet this afternoon. The last efforts of the Gilbert Reed Ballet, except for a production of Peter and the Wolf that they are doing in May. Then that's the end of the company, because Gilbert Reed is retiring. Today's ballet is a combination of several ballets, original choreography by Reed, which is his strength. Somehow I feel the need to go see this. It's my last chance.

My stomach, though. I'm going to lie down again. What a day, what a day.
