(no subject)

I'm feeling no better. If anything, worse. I still have to take my car to the credit union and see if I can get a loan for the bone grafting. The loan officer said she'd add it to my current car loan if I bring the car in. The interest rate will go down, which is good news. I just want to go home and lie down.

I'm at Mary's place while she's out at a friend's barbecue. The girl is still a partygoer when she gets the chance. Joey is sleeping, went fairly quietly. I hoped I'd be able to hook up Mary's printer but no. The cables I brought don't work on both ends. I'm not in the mood for hammering phone cords and drilling through walls, so the internet connection will have to wait for another day. For now the cord is just laid across the room where it would trip anyone wandering by.

I feel better, anyway. No more headache. Just a sense of frustration that I keep forgetting to deal with some things at home when I am there. Tomorrow. Always tomorrow.
