I slept well last night. I just woke up - although I did wake at about five, too, but went back to sleep. They say you can't make up for lost sleep but in a way I did.
My head has that sluggish feeling, like I need sleep. So maybe last night didn't do it after all.
Kathy Smith again today. I have gone a whole week - since last Friday - without doing any weightlifting. Maybe it will turn out to be a good thing. We all need breaks, and this one may have helped my body get stronger. Odd how that happens.
Last night of cha cha. We learned a variation of the turkish towel that has many variations of its own, and I actually got it. Or at least, most of it. I have some trouble with fast turns. It is fun, though. I sure could use a partner.
