A bit of a headache today. I enjoyed the video last night, the simpler one, Firm basics. I bought a heart rate monitor yesterday and wore it. I am still not certain if it is working as it should be because of my uneven heartbeat. I asked the guy at the fitness store and he had no idea but did say I could return the monitor if it doesn't work. If it was measuring my heartrate correctly, I was in a low training zone, usually between 60 and 70%, sometimes slipping down to 50%. In any case, it's one more tool and another way to improve my fitness level, to give me an incentive.
