I did no. 56 last night. I decided that Tracie Long is my favorite. But I got to thinking about bowling. When we went bowling last week I almost immediately twisted some part of me and hurt both my hip and my left shoulder. I wonder what kinds of exercises can prevent that in the future. I am a terrible bowler, though. Maybe jsut learning how to bowl would make the difference.

I seem to be going through a hard time physically. I did the Kathy Smith functionally fit workout again today and felt achey and stiff all the way through. It took me a few minutes to get up from the floor. My back hurts. But I am starting to feel a bit more alive now.
