36th FIRM workout. I used a new tape today: FIRM Parts, lower body. I am delighted that it is all floor work. No requirement to do knee-killing plies unto death. It did the job, too. It seems to me that these workouts are really well-designed for maximum benefit and yet they are also designed for comfortable positions. They don't ask you to do things your body is not meant to do.
