I should be glad I have not had a headache for several days. The neck ache is nothing in comparison. And it isn't getting any worse, the neck ache.

25th yesterday, 26th today. Yesterday I went back to my original 60-minute video, only this time used heavier weights and paid better attention. It was a hell of a workout, made me really sweat. These always make me sweat, though, because it has been hot every damned afternoon since I started buying them.
