Another congressman tells it like it is

Pete Stark said it like it is. Yes, he's known for "outbursts". But it's darned hard to argue with what he said about Bush denying 10 million health care insurance while throwing money at destroying people in Iraq. His remarks were personal, attacking Bush directly, saying the war is for his amusement and calling him a little fruitcake. Normally I say stick to the issue, don't get personal. But this has become personal. Thousands of lives lost make it personal.

I have said for a long time that Bush is a psychopath. I am now hearing dozens of others saying the same thing. That's the elephant right there, the one in the living room.

It astonishes me that so-called serious news sources don't say what they see and what we see: an incompetent psychopath running the country. They report on his speeches as if they actually say something meaningful. They ignore the fact that he speaks out of his ass. It continues to amaze me that Jon Stewart, a comic, gets it more than they do.
