Oh my. I looked at the first picture and thought, gosh, she's going to have a nice tan when it tones down. Then I saw the second picture and see what you were complaining about. It all peeled off. Ouch. I'll bet that hurt. But you still look good.

Nice of you to say that. But I really have looked like hell the whole time. People give me such looks! I really feel for people who have facial disfigurations or birthmarks.

Smirk. Ah.....that would be me. I've got what looks like a hickey on the side of my face and a matching one on my arm. Once in awhile someone will ask me about it, but for myself, I keep forgetting I have them. And you, my dear, are almost healed now.

True enough.

I've spent much of my life too conscious of my size, my weight. I tend to be probably too aware of my appearance, too sensitive, because of that. For whatever reason I've never gotten comfortable, all the way, with myself.
