Sixteenth FIRM workout. I used my new 60-minute one, FIRM Strength. Tough workout, even though I adjusted for my various frailties. I didn't like it at first, because it was hard to follow the moves and they tended to be a bit too bouncy, not low-impact. But that wasn't most of it and I can always do something else when they are jumping. I was glad, am glad, I did it because I was feeling overly full and kind of sluggish. Now I am sweaty but feel good. And watching Nero Wolff, my new addiction.
