Stacey

I did Stacey's Prime Power workout for the first time in months. I had forgotten the good parts of that one. There's a tough shoulder workout and the abs workout is better, I think, than the Total Body Sculpting. It went quickly because I had forgotten how it went so I was remembering as I went. I feel pretty good now. There is also an inner thigh workout that is probably really good for my knees. I am going to check the knee book on that one.
