I'm feeling quite a bit better today. Not as much stomach pain.

As I continue my arthritis program (see my arthritis blog) I am hopeful about the future. Being pain-free or nearly so - I think it's possible, if only for "basic activity". Today I also thought about how such a state would make me more energetic and able to tackle things like housework and reorganizing with some confidence.

What I notice most at this point, in my sixth week, is that I can stand for longer periods of time without feeling pain. I still feel discomfort and that peculiar tightness in my calves, but I can handle that. I did not have as much discomfort flying, either. My legs did not go into cramp-like states, yearning to be free. I credit primarily the exercise program, and the increase in general daily activity, mainly walking, that I have been doing. But I suspect the supplements have helped as well.
